If you call what you do by a different name: If
you undertake work that you call by a different name to what we describe
but is substantially the same as described by one of the definitions
below please select that box. For instance some clients use the word
"consultant" or "consultancy" in their title. This
could imply that they offer "consultancy" services. We know
of cases where some businesses use this word in their title but the
services they offer are not Consultancy. For the purpose of clarity
we confirm that we provide cover to Executive Associates (accredited
by the Institute for Independent Business) in line with the definition
we publish.
Combined cover: This policy combines cover for both
Professional Indemnity (PI) and Public Liability(PL). The cover level
selected determines the maximum financial exposure of the insurer for
the combined total of all agreed claims. It matters not if the claims
are PI or PL - the maximum potential financial exposure of the insurer
is limited to the cover level selected.

Once the application is made and payment is received
by Credit Card - which is usually instant - cover will be immediate
from the start date you selected and your on Risk Certificate is available
for immediate printing.
NOTE: COVER CAN BE INSTANT
This form of cover cannot be cancelled. This is no cooling off period.
There may be no further action required by you for immediate
cover providing the application is completed and authorised
by you and payment received. The start date may be up to 28 days before
or after today.
