When you have your password you can

  • Get hold of the code so that you may show a certificate on your site

If getting into your records seems to fail: Please be careful to use EXACTLY the correct numbers (or numbers and characters). This failure is protective security on your behalf.

This is very simple to resolve.

If the system seems to have failed for you it is because you may have made a mistake on the entry. Once an entry is made the system will remember what you entered - and it will NOT forget the original data you entered.

Reason This security measure prevents (well at least it substantially frustrates) anyone trying to hack in and guess your password by repeated attempts.
