Westminster Indemnity Ltd

The actual policy wording that will apply to any policy is determined by the final selection of business practices that cover is required for.

If this were the ONLY business practice to be covered then the Policy Wording would be: MM0809

The actual policy wording that is used in any policy can therefore ONLY be determined once the final selection of business practices to be covered is finalised.

Adjudicator
Adjudication is a way of resolving disputes in construction contracts as set out in The Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 section 108 (often referred to as "The Construction Act") as amended.

It sets out certain minimum procedural requirements which enable either party to a dispute to refer the matter to an independent party who is then required to make a decision within 28 days of the matter being referred.

An Adjudicator is the independent party referred to above.

See also "Construction Adjudicator" which has the same definition.
