We take the matter of the integrity of the data collected from our clients very seriously. The following will provide a guide to the measures in place.

A number of measures are in place to ensure that at each stage of the application process and as each page is opened our data recording and the integrity of the data is safeguarded.

The systems we employ are, of necessity kept secret. We do record the exact time and IP and host addresses of our visitors that make application for insurance.

A log is kept of the process and this log will be kept during the lifetime of the policy.

This log is used only to safeguard against fraud and to assist us to build a better site so we may design it as user friendly as possible. We use the recorded data for no other purpose. We do not share your data. Please refer to our security policy. We do not share your data with anyone, unless compelled to do so by regulatory or legal reasons, or to assist in internet counter fraud intelligence matters.

If our systems are tampered with, or payment made by credit card subsequently reversed, or not actually made, without our written and specific agreement then the policy will be voided.

Additional measures are in place to safeguard against unrecoverable server failure. These measures safeguard the rebuild of data in this event.

If our systems are tampered with we will pursue the perpetrators.
